Where we ship

PETS HOME LTD trading as Dog Date Walk ships the Whimzees medium 14-pack to addresses in the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. At checkout you select the country and enter a postcode or ZIP in a generic format suitable for that country. Customs paperwork or local import rules may apply for some routes; we will contact you at the checkout email if further detail is needed.

When we ship

Dispatch begins after PayPal reports a completed capture. We do not treat a clicked button as payment until capture succeeds. You receive an email with tracking or carrier information when the parcel moves.

We deliberately avoid scarcity clocks and guaranteed overnight slogans. Actual transit depends on the carrier assigned to your route and on seasonal volume. If a parcel appears stuck beyond an ordinary window for your route, email support@dogdatewalk.com with your PayPal reference.

Costs

The product price shown on site is €7.09 including VAT for one 14-pack. Shipping is a flat 4,90 € when the merchandise total is under 39 €. Shipping is free from 39 € merchandise (for example six packs at €7.09). The order summary and PayPal amounts show the calculated shipping line and grand total before you pay.

Failed delivery

If a carrier cannot complete delivery, they usually leave a card or digital notice. Collect or rearrange promptly so the parcel is not returned. Email us if the parcel comes back — we will discuss re-despatch options. Incorrect addresses entered at checkout may require a corrected shipment at additional cost.

Inspect on arrival

Open the outer packaging when you can. Confirm the bag matches the medium Whimzees stix photography and that the seal is intact. Photograph damage before discarding outer cartons, then contact support@dogdatewalk.com with your PayPal reference.
