Returns and cancellations

Distance sales under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, plus rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cooling-off for distance contracts

If you buy online as a consumer, you usually have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email support@dogdatewalk.com with a clear statement and your PayPal reference. You then have 14 days to return the goods unless we agree otherwise.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. Keep proof of posting. Refunds for a cooling-off cancellation are made using the same payment method where possible, after we receive the goods or evidence of return, in line with the Regulations.

Sealed complementary feed

Complementary feed that has been unsealed after delivery may not be suitable for return on hygiene grounds where the law allows an exception for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed. If you open the bag and use chews, a change-of-mind return may no longer be available. Faulty or mis-described goods remain covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty or not as described

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your sealed bag arrives damaged, incomplete, or clearly not the medium Whimzees stix pack you ordered, email support@dogdatewalk.com promptly with photos and your PayPal reference. We will discuss repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under UK consumer law. Refunds that are due follow the original PayPal path.

How to return

  1. Email support@dogdatewalk.com before posting anything back so we can log the request.
  2. Pack the goods securely. Include your name and PayPal reference on a note inside.
  3. Send to: PETS HOME LTD, Returns, Pipeline, Gatherley Road Industrial Estate, Brompton on Swale, Richmond DL10 7JQ.

Do not send returns without notifying us — unmarked parcels are harder to match to an order.

Shipping on the original order

We deliver across Europe (EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland). Shipping on the original order is 4,90 € when merchandise is under 39 €, and free from 39 € merchandise. How shipping charges are treated on a cooling-off refund follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Carrier detail is on the Delivery page linked from Help in the footer.
