Product
We offer Whimzees Daily Dental Stix Medium 14 Pack as a complementary feed for dogs at the price shown (€7.09 including VAT unless stated otherwise). Descriptions summarise pack labelling. Packaging artwork belongs to the brand owner; we sell genuine retail stock.
Contract formation
Submitting an order and completing PayPal payment forms a distance contract when PayPal capture completes with status COMPLETED. Until then we may decline or cancel without charge if stock or address issues arise.
Payment
Payment is via PayPal only. Card details are entered on PayPal’s pages, not on ours. On the order page, PayPal appears after you complete delivery details and agree to the terms.
Delivery
We deliver across Europe (EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland). Shipping is 4,90 € when merchandise is under 39 €, and free from 39 €. Timing depends on carrier and destination. See Delivery.
Cancellation and returns
Consumer cooling-off and faulty-goods rights are described on Returns, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit abusive content through forms. We may refuse service where fraud is suspected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Complementary feed must be used as directed on the pack; we are not liable for misuse, wrong size selection, or unsupervised chewing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers also benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence where applicable.
